Health & Safety Notice for Harmonica Activities

Covid Safe Harmonica
As we resume harmonica teaching in our schools this term, we will inform you by email and school bulletin. For our small groups and club scenarios, we respectfully ask that harmonauts and parents observe the following important safety requirements:

Covid-19 Health Declaration 
Please submit a health declaration form prior to your child’s first after-school harmonica club session (after-school harmonica club participants only). General safety guidelines for all our harmonica students and grown-ups are below…

Harmonaut Health & Safety
•  We must remain in our year bubbles
•  We must wash our hands before and after each session
•  We must remain at least 1 metre apart from each other
•  We must avoid facing each other
•  We must not share, borrow or lend our harmonicas
•  We must not share, borrow or lend, music sheets, pens or music kit
•  We must avoid shouting and playing loudly
•  We must not run around in our music session
•  We must touch or play with things that do not belong to us
•  We must avoid coughing and sneezing into the air
•  We must not bring food to our session
•  If we feel poorly, we must tell our harmonica teacher

Harmonica Grown-Ups Health & Safety
•  We should avoid using public transport when collecting children
•  We understand that our child will be returned to us outside the school premises
•  We understand that we should not enter the school premises to collect our child
•  While we are waiting we must socially distance and wear a face mask
•  If we need to collect our child early, we should call in advance
